Piatto—which means "dish" in Italian—is where the dining experience begins. The plate is the canvas for the Piatto chefs, who incorporate a variety of the freshest vegetables, meats and seafood available to create a one-of-a-kind Italian dining experience. The breads, sauces, pasta and desserts at Piatto are made from scratch daily. Meats, cheeses and produce are sourced by local purveyors, when possible. The ingredients are the stars of our dishes following the Italian philosophy "Use the best ingredients and do with them as little as possible".
